1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Pick-Up Basketball, including the organization and management of basketball sessions for individuals and companies. Any booking made via the platforms SuperSaas or SuperSaas Sunday implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
2. Bookings and Payments
Booking: Sessions are booked exclusively via the SuperSaas links mentioned above. The booking is confirmed after payment validation through the Mollie platform.
Payment: Payment is made online at the time of booking via Mollie (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.). No cash payments or on-site payments are accepted.
Prices: Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Prices may be revised in case of significant cost changes (e.g., venue rental). The prices in effect at the time of booking apply.
3. Cancellation and Modification
By the Customer:
Cancellation 24 hours or more before the session: The customer can choose between a bank transfer refund (upon request) or a credit note for a future session.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: The participation fee remains due; no refund or credit note will be issued.
Cancellation requests can be sent via email, WhatsApp, or directly through SuperSaas.
By Pick-Up Basketball: In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather, venue issues), the customer will be notified via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and can choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
4. Participation Rules
The customer agrees to comply with the participation rules of Pick-Up Basketball, which must be accepted and validated (opt-in) during registration on SuperSaas. These rules are available upon request and on the website.
5. Use of Images and Videos
Pick-Up Basketball reserves the right to take photos and videos during sessions for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials). By participating in a session, the customer agrees that their image may be used unless they send a written objection to hellopickup@pm.me before the session.
6. Obligations of the Parties
Pick-Up Basketball:
Organize sessions as described on SuperSaas.
Provide qualified and safe supervision.
Customer:
Respect the schedule, safety rules, and participation rules.
Inform Pick-Up Basketball of any medical conditions or physical restrictions before the session.
7. Liability
Pick-Up Basketball declines all responsibility for injuries or accidents during the session, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The customer is responsible for their personal belongings during the session.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone) are processed by SuperSaas and Mollie in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Pick-Up Basketball uses this data solely for managing bookings and related communications. The customer can request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting hellopickup@pm.me.
9. Disputes
In case of a dispute, the customer can seek mediation through the Consumer Mediation Service. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
10. Modification of GTC
Pick-Up Basketball reserves the right to modify these GTC. Updates will be published on pickupbasketball.be with the date of the last revision.
